How it works:
A professional Level 301 peel ( tailored to suit individual clients’ skin type and condition to achieve the best possible results) is chosen for you by your skin care therapist based on your skin type and applied for a very limited amount of time. By limiting the amount of time the product is left on the skin, irritation is greatly reduced yet the peel continues to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, encourage cell renewal, and reduce blocked pores.
Specially formulated for individual skin types the Institut’ DERMed flash peel is absolutely reliable and delivers highly predictable “party pretty” results. All Flash peels can used on the face, and can also be used to treat the neck, decollete, upper back and hands.
The Flash peel treatment takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Mulltiple Flash peels may be necessary if the desired result is to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, eliminate superficial blemishes and reduce pigment problems. You should experience minimal discomfort. Some clients may experience some light flaking of the skin 48 – 72 hours after treatment, and possibly some dryness, which is easily resolved with a light exfoliator such as the Institut’ DERMed Enhancing Micro Crystal Polish and your prescribed moisturizer.
