Participants/Registrants can withdraw/cancel participation to a Class/Webinar by notifying Institut' DERMed at least two working days (48 Hours) prior to the official start date of the Online Course/Webinar. In such an event, a credit will be issued towards a future class of your choice, valid up to one year from the date of issuance.If you do not cancel your registration and do not attend the Online Course/Webinar, no refund will be issued. However we will do our best to accommodate you for the same class on a different date (should that be available) with a written request.
